The Hospice Registered Nurse (RN), Weekend Flex role is onsite in the Puget Sound Area, Washington. Compensation is $108,000–$130,000 per year. Envision Hospice provides comfort, dignity, and support to patients and families across Washington. The nurse supports hospice patients and families during weekend hours and one or two additional weekdays, responding to urgent needs and managing symptoms to promote comfort and continuity of care.

What you'll do

• Provide hospice care focused on pain and symptom management
• respond to urgent calls, assess situations, and provide interventions
• administer and adjust medications and monitor their effectiveness
• collaborate with the care team
• educate and support families
• document care and interventions
• manage emergencies and coordinate with the on-call team
• participate in quality improvement and follow hospice protocols.
