What you'll do

• Diagnose residential HVAC system problems
• troubleshoot equipment and determine repairs
• complete service and repair work
• perform maintenance and system evaluations
• explain issues and recommendations to homeowners
• document work and maintain service records
• follow safety, quality, and workmanship standards
• manage a daily service schedule independently.
