Facility Maintenance Technician III

Facility Maintenance Technician III is an onsite role in Jessup, MD, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pay is $35–$45 per hour. Vitesse Systems designs and manufactures mission-critical antenna and thermal management solutions for radar, electronic warfare, and C4I systems. The technician maintains plant equipment and facilities to keep buildings, systems, and machinery safe and operational. The role covers scheduled maintenance, repairs, preventive maintenance, production support, and coordination with contractors on complex repairs; some on-call time may be required.

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and minor machinery repairs
• create and maintain preventive-maintenance work instructions and procedures
• inspect and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• assist trade contractors
• maintain heating, cooling, lighting, and grounds
• support production by monitoring CNC coolant, coordinating scrap removal, and moving stock or equipment
• follow quality and safety procedures.
