The role also communicates changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or cognitive status to the appropriate care leaders.

What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, hydration, and feeding as needed
• support ambulation, positioning, and range-of-motion activities
• monitor comfort and respond to needs
• record vital signs, weight, and fluid intake and output
• report changes in physical, emotional, or cognitive status
• document care and resident interactions in accordance with policies and regulations
• support resident engagement and activities.
