Job overview
The AI Product Manager is a remote role based in the United States. The base salary range is $130,000 to $150,000 per year plus bonus, supporting the Cleo product team. This role exists to design, build, and launch AI-powered products that align with the company's vision. The manager contributes by owning the AI product roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and translating customer needs into outcome-driven plans.

- translate product strategy into detailed requirements
- define and monitor AI feature success metrics
- conduct buy/build/partner analysis
- drive product launches
- act as an AI product evangelist.
What we're looking for
- Education
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
- Experience
- 3-5 years of product management experience, with at least 1-2 years owning AI/ML-powered product features.
