The Project Manager II — Water Management role is onsite in Miami, AZ, with a four-day, 10-hour schedule that may vary by position; compensation is not specified. The role supports water management systems at Pinto Valley Mine, an open-pit copper mine operated by Capstone Copper. The project manager leads capital and sustaining projects that support water-system performance, tailings requirements, regulatory compliance, and long-term mine planning. The work coordinates engineering, operations, maintenance, contractors, and other stakeholders through project delivery and handoff.

What you'll do

• Lead projects involving pipelines, pump stations, water storage, reclaim systems, stormwater controls, and water distribution infrastructure. Coordinate technical design, constructability, field planning, project scope, cost estimates, schedules, budgets, resources, contractors, procurement, project controls, commissioning, closeout, and operational handoff. Monitor progress, risks, costs, and system constraints
