What you'll do

• Respond to prospective residents’ inquiries and current residents’ complaints or problems
• maintain resident relations
• show model apartments and explain layouts, amenities, nearby services, and lease terms
• follow up with prospects
• complete lease forms and collect rental deposits
• inspect model apartments and arrange maintenance
• update available-unit listings
• assist with advertisements
• contact credit bureaus, previous landlords, and employers as needed
• adhere to fair housing laws
• attend meetings and submit weekly activity and leasing reports.
