What you'll do

• Lead Preschool Ministry operations and programming
• partner with parents and caregivers
• recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and develop staff and volunteers
• ensure curriculum and practices align with FBA’s beliefs
• maintain child safety, security, check-in, and protection practices
• oversee events, budget, goals, and ministry resources
• collaborate with other church ministries.
