What you'll do

• Build sales, profitability, and guest counts
• oversee product execution, guest service, and team management
• hire, train, and coach at least 15 team members
• manage payroll, scheduling, inventory, and ordering
• participate in local and national marketing
• maintain cafe aesthetics and brand standards
• follow health, OSHA, and ADA regulations.
