What you'll do

• Own assigned customer accounts and serve as the primary business contact
• develop and execute account, growth, and retention plans
• conduct customer business reviews and analyze revenue, margin, buying trends, and product penetration
• identify cross-selling, upselling, and new-product opportunities
• prepare and follow up on quotations
• coordinate orders, customer updates, accommodations, and service resolutions
• maintain Salesforce records and collaborate with internal teams.
