Corporate Counsel — Litigation and Commercial Contracts

The Corporate Counsel role is hybrid in Salt Lake City, UT, with remote work available under company policy for up to two days per week after 90 days of employment. The role also develops legal processes and training to help manage risk and support business operations.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage litigation, including outside counsel, litigation lifecycle, budgets, exposure, and risk mitigation
• develop strategies for commercial disputes, employment matters, and general litigation
• provide training on litigation avoidance, document and evidence retention, and witness preparation
• support transactional, regulatory, and corporate governance matters
• draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
• advise on compliance and regulatory matters, including privacy, cybersecurity, environmental, and workplace safety
• monitor legal changes and support implementation
• conduct internal investigations with HR and other teams
• improve Legal Department processes
• collaborate with Sales, Operations Support, IT, Accounting, and HR.
