Assistant Property Manager

The Assistant Property Manager role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Compensation is $19–$21 per hour. TELACU Property Management manages third-party properties that provide affordable housing to elderly people, people with disabilities, families, and people with special needs. The assistant provides operational coverage for assigned communities and works with onsite teams, supervisors, and outside agencies to support housing operations. Duties include rent collection, tenant relations, leasing, inspections, recertifications, reporting, file maintenance, staff support, and proactive audits; occasional local travel is required.

What you'll do

• Support property operations and cover extended absences
• assist with rent collection, tenant relations, occupancy, leasing, inspections, recertifications, regulatory compliance, financial reporting, tenant-file maintenance, staff training, owner requests, and light maintenance and cleaning. Conduct assigned audits and travel locally as needed.
