What you'll do

• Assist guests with product selection and customization
• process purchases, payments, refunds, exchanges, and gift cards using the point-of-sale system
• open and close the store
• serve as Manager on Duty when store managers are absent
• complete store walkthroughs and support visual merchandising
• restock merchandise and maintain visual standards
• work toward sales goals and build guest relationships
• receive and process merchandise and support stock management
• assist with events and community outreach
• support team direction, training, and onboarding.
