What you'll do

• Oversee operations across Boston apartment buildings, multifamily homes, and brownstones
• manage resident relations and escalated issues
• support occupancy and leasing performance
• coordinate maintenance and other vendors
• track work orders and unit turns
• manage rent collections, delinquencies, and lease enforcement
• represent ownership with residents, vendors, and local officials
• contribute to staffing and budget discussions.
