This full-time, night shift position requires flexibility to work at Mercy Lincoln and surrounding communities in the St. Louis, MO area. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to adult/geriatric patients across various facilities, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. This role offers the opportunity to enhance clinical assessment and critical thinking skills while collaborating with diverse care teams. The Registered Nurse will be part of a dynamic environment, contributing to patient recovery and well-being across multiple Mercy hospital locations.

What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients.
• Report to facilities within the regional footprint of the home hospital.
• Work across various units including Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, Stepdown, and Intensive Care Units.
• Serve at multiple Mercy facilities within the St.
• Louis region.

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract. Base Pay (Determined by Experience) PLUS Regional Float Pool Perk AND Shift Differentials: $2.75/Evenings, $4.60/Nights, $1.50/Weekends.
