What you'll do

• Coordinate job postings, interviews, and onboarding
• maintain personnel files and HR databases
• assist with employee relations and HR inquiries
• administer benefits and leave requests
• support employment-policy compliance, performance management, and training
• prepare HR reports and documentation
• process payroll on schedule
• review timesheets, attendance, and overtime
• maintain payroll records and process deductions
• coordinate payroll reconciliations and reporting
• resolve payroll discrepancies
• prepare year-end payroll documents
• protect confidential information.
