Client Site Service Technician

The Client Site Service Technician role is fully onsite in Westlake Village, CA, with compensation of $55,000–$65,000 per year. What you'll do

• Provide onsite and remote technical support
• troubleshoot desktop and operating-system issues
• administer Windows systems, Active Directory, and applications
• support antivirus, malware remediation, backup and recovery, and mobile devices
• troubleshoot networking hardware, TCP/IP, switches, routers, firewalls, wireless networks, and VPNs
• work overtime and be on call as required.
