Marketing Coordinator

The role provides administrative and operational support for day-to-day marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects.

What you'll do

• Manage sample orders through SAP and track delivery
• submit expedited shipping requests for approval
• package and ship samples
• support vendor registration
• process payment requests
• maintain contracts, NDAs, and invoices
• coordinate meetings and materials
• assist with travel, expenses, and logistics
• provide marketing operations support.
