What you'll do

• Defend employers in state and federal employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and related claims
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery
• take and defend depositions
• manage discovery and e-discovery vendors
• represent employers in agency investigations and proceedings and arbitration
• conduct legal research
• advise clients on strategy, risk, mediation, and settlement.
