What you'll do

• Process biweekly payroll and resolve timekeeping discrepancies
• maintain employee records and administer onboarding, benefits, leave, and employment compliance
• manage workers’ compensation claims and OSHA documentation
• support recruiting and employee relations
• coordinate with vendors and insurance brokers
• oversee safety training and documentation
• maintain records and deadlines
• travel to company locations and workshops as needed.
