What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, broths, breads, and other food items
• complete opening and closing checklists and line setup
• maintain sanitation of stations and coolers
• follow kitchen direction and food-quality standards
• maintain a clean and safe workstation
• report equipment problems, quality concerns, and inventory shortages.
