What you'll do

• Drive studio performance and operations
• build local brand awareness
• optimize class schedules and instructor allocation
• serve as a lead instructor on schedule and teach up to 13 classes weekly, with flexibility to exceed as needed
• engage new clients and support conversion and retention
• conduct outreach and develop local partnerships
• recruit, onboard, and manage front desk staff
• coordinate communications among marketing, operations, and instructors
• maintain facilities and machines
• handle client inquiries and issues.
