What you'll do

• Manage aquatic compliance across multiple departments and states
• ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• serve as the organization’s Certified Pool Operator
• oversee water chemistry, filtration, and preventive maintenance
• develop operating procedures
• conduct audits and inspections
• coordinate corrective actions
• maintain permits and documentation
• investigate incidents
• train aquatic staff
• maintain emergency action plans
• monitor regulatory changes
• assist with compliance budgeting
• report results to executive leadership
• travel for assessments, inspections, and training.
