What you'll do

• Support program operations and quality care
• build relationships with hospital medical, nursing, and administrative staff and the physician and certified nurse-midwife hospitalist team
• collaborate with clinical operations leaders on program objectives
• train and develop clinicians
• communicate and enforce clinical policies and expectations
• manage minor physician issues and escalate as appropriate
• collaborate on Labor and Delivery utilization.
