Senior Security Analyst (Healthcare) — Remote, US

The Senior Security Analyst (Healthcare) role is fully remote in the United States. Compensation is $110,000–$120,000 per year. The role supports LUX Infusion’s clinician-led effort to make infusion care more human, supportive, and connected. This senior technical and operational resource protects information systems, technology assets, and protected health information while strengthening cybersecurity and healthcare regulatory compliance. The analyst monitors and responds to threats, manages risk and vulnerabilities, and works across IT, infrastructure, applications, compliance, and external partners to maintain security across a multi-site healthcare environment.

What you'll do

• Monitor and analyze security events across networks, endpoints, cloud platforms, and applications
• lead incident response and coordinate cross-functional response
• maintain and tune SIEM and EDR tools
• conduct root cause analysis and document incidents
• support HIPAA and HITECH compliance, risk assessments, audits, policies, and remediation
• conduct vulnerability scans and coordinate remediation
• assess risks for systems, vendors, and technology implementations
• support secure configurations, design reviews, and identity and access management
• mentor junior analysts.

Why this role

Remote opportunity; 5+ years of cybersecurity experience and 2+ years in healthcare IT, security, or regulated environments required. CISSP, CISM, or CISA are strongly preferred; CEH, Security+, or GIAC certifications are nice to have.
