What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff
• follow site security procedures and respond to alarms, incidents, access concerns, and critical situations
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of common areas, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter
• monitor access points and report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns
• complete activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
