Housing Specialist

The Housing Specialist role is based in Fresno, CA, and is an onsite, full-time position with field-based services as required. Pay is $26 per hour. TURN’s mission is improving lives through client-centered care and residential and community-based services. The role helps clients access housing and related supports while coordinating case management, referrals, and services that promote stability, safety, and progress toward individual goals.

What you'll do

• Provide case management, crisis intervention, discharge planning, group and individual work, counseling, screening, and assistance with basic needs and symptom management
• document services accurately and on time
• facilitate client placement and transportation as needed
• participate in on-call coverage
• provide field-based services
• maintain confidentiality
• facilitate housing linkages and maintenance requests
• participate in weekly housing inspections.
