Customer Service AR/AP Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage daily service, accounts receivable, and accounts payable activities
• ensure invoicing, cash application, and collections goals are met
• establish customer service metrics
• improve and manage the sales reorder process
• participate in and lead S&OP meetings
• coordinate job profitability reviews
• maintain work instructions for re-quoting, customer service, AR, and AP
• prepare regular reports
• support projects and provide administrative support to the President as needed.
