What you'll do

• Review production orders and specifications
• complete pre-use equipment checks
• set up and operate pocket spring equipment after required training and authorization
• load wire, fabric, and other components using approved methods
• monitor forming, pocketing, cutting, joining, and assembly
• inspect samples
• record production and quality checks
• segregate nonconforming product
• maintain housekeeping and follow lockout/tagout and machine safeguards
• report equipment problems.
