What you'll do

• Assist with material and equipment purchasing, quotes, and vendor negotiations
• support engineering layouts and constructability
• maintain project schedules
• complete cost-to-complete analyses
• coordinate customers and project partners
• process RFIs and submittals
• prepare and negotiate change orders
• manage monthly AIA billing
• support site safety documentation and compliance.
