What you'll do

• Safely test and operate emergency power supply systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, HVAC, pneumatic, oxygen, and telephone systems.
• Perform building construction, painting, groundskeeping, and floor care.
• Plan and record work tasks, reporting daily completion to the supervisor.
