Job overview

The Barista is a full-time, onsite day-shift role in Dousman, WI, scheduled 7 a.m.–3 p.m. Pay is $15 per hour plus tips. The position is with Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, where the Fields at Three Pillars is developing dining experiences and connections for residents. The barista prepares and serves café beverages and food, processes transactions, and maintains a clean and sanitary work area. The role contributes to residents’ and guests’ dining experiences through accurate orders, consistent beverage quality, and welcoming service.

What you'll do

• Prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages to established recipes
• operate and maintain café equipment
• monitor beverage quality
• restock supplies
• prepare café menu items
• package and verify orders
• process payments and balance the cash drawer
• greet guests and answer menu questions
• address customer concerns
• maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• assist with opening and closing procedures.

Why this role

ServSafe Food Handler Certification is required or must be obtained upon hire. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
