What you'll do

• Consult with showroom customers to assess design needs and recommend tile, bath, and kitchen products
• advise on color, texture, lighting, layout, and products within customer budgets
• create design plans and presentations using CAD software
• provide pricing and product information
• build customer relationships
• maintain showroom displays and organization
• monitor inventory and place orders
• handle incoming calls and document customer complaints
• prepare quotes and proposals and provide sale and delivery information.
