What you'll do

• Meet, greet, and tour leasing prospects
• work toward individual and group leasing targets
• respond to online rental inquiries
• track leasing trends, traffic, and availability
• maintain models and tour routes
• complete lead records and prospect follow-up
• manage waitlists
• support screening, lease agreements, move-in paperwork, and fee collection
• participate in daily social media engagement and provide weekly and monthly marketing and outreach ideas
• work Saturdays.
