What you'll do

• Conduct weekly and monthly building inspections
• perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, overhead-door, and general building repairs
• follow preventive maintenance schedules
• oversee outside contractors
• maintain fire-system and building-system documentation
• repair locks and doors
• respond to emergencies
• collaborate with trades, teams, and inspectors
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• assist the Facilities Manager.
