Compliance Manager (Registered Nurse) — Remote

The manager leads preparation for and management of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and State Administering Agency audits, supports corrective action planning, and reports audit metrics to leadership and governance groups. The role also uses audit findings and regulatory trends to inform compliance workplans and collaborates with Population Health and Practice Operations.

What you'll do

• Coordinate audit readiness, including monitoring audit-universe data, training, and policy and process review. Manage live audits, serve as a point of contact for audit teams, quality-check submissions, and develop, approve, and monitor corrective action plans. Report audit metrics
• recommend updates to the annual audit and monitoring workplan
• collaborate with Population Health and Practice Operations
• travel as required for audit support.
