What you'll do

• Meet business owners to understand needs and offer insurance plans
• present benefits to employee groups
• follow up with clients and support claims and coverage questions
• shadow new representatives and provide hands-on training
• conduct call reviews, preparation sessions, and debriefs
• help agents track progress and weekly goals
• maintain and grow a book of business
• obtain a Health and Life license within 90 days if needed.
