What you'll do

• Perform outdoor construction work including demolition, moving lumber, digging holes, layout, constructing structures, and finish carpentry.
• Depending on level, read plans, support framing and layout, install decking and railings, frame and finish stairs, and help maintain quality and efficiency.
• Lead carpenters may direct and train crew members and coordinate work.
