What you'll do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, contractors, and utility operations staff
• conduct regular and random unarmed vehicle and foot patrols
• monitor access and verify visitor and contractor authorization
• maintain entry, exit, and incident documentation
• respond to incidents and alarms according to emergency procedures
• report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
