The Clinical Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst role is onsite in Carmel, IN, with work at multiple clinical and offsite locations in the surrounding area. Compensation is not specified. LittleStar ABA Therapy is a nonprofit serving children, teens, and young adults affected by autism and investing in staff and the autism community. The BCaBA develops behavior programs and plans, supervises their implementation, and monitors patient progress. Working with the Clinical Director, technicians, families, and treatment teams, the role helps provide relevant, individualized therapy and support patient goals.

What you'll do

• Create and supervise new programs
• develop individualized behavior support plans with support from the Clinical Apprentice
• monitor plan implementation and provide feedback
• conduct functional assessments and analyses
• teach staff and patients in natural environments
• participate in assessments, parent and technician meetings, trainings, and IEP meetings as needed
• communicate programming information to parents
• collaborate with treatment teams and families
• maintain documentation and confidentiality
• support staff training and scheduling
• supervise technicians assigned to the caseload.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in ABA or a related field and BCaBA certification. The role is not eligible for telecommuting and requires travel to patients and multiple sites using a personal vehicle. Billing expectation is five hours per day; travel to satellite sites, homes, training events, or conferences may be required.
