Training Coordinator

• Coordinate and deploy training initiatives
• track, monitor, and report training completion, metrics, and outcomes
• support training material design, development, and delivery as needed
• respond to employee and leadership inquiries
• schedule and coordinate live or virtual sessions
• support compliance with training requirements and policies
• improve training processes and workflows
• manage logistics for quarterly events and operational change-management initiatives
• travel up to 20% to store locations.
