The Residential Counselor Supervisor — Canaday House role is full-time and onsite in Seattle, WA, with an office-day shift and Saturday and Sunday off. Compensation is $89,133.36–$100,846.56 per year. DESC provides supportive housing and behavioral health services for people experiencing long-term homelessness and complex health needs. The supervisor leads Residential Counselors who provide 24/7 building operations and tenant support. The role also works with the Project Manager and clinical staff to coordinate resident services, maintain a safe building, respond to crises, and support daily operations.

What you'll do

• Supervise Residential Counselors and support their work in milieu therapy, crisis management, and building operations
• coordinate resident activities and services with clinical staff
• manage building operations when assigned
• operate the lobby office and monitor security systems
• maintain safety and security
• respond to emergencies
• document significant events
• assist with room turnovers, leasing, orientation, rent collection, and inspections
• respond to complaints and maintenance requests
• participate in meetings and training.
