What you'll do

• Respond to customer requests through email, direct mail, faxes, and internal tickets
• resolve issues and escalate as needed
• handle disputes, chargebacks, and account-level issues
• post mailed payments
• conduct call quality assurance as needed
• meet regulatory timelines
• and follow established processes while identifying improvement opportunities.
