The Vitamin/Body Care Assistant role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with pay of $16 per hour. Natural Grocers operates grocery stores and supports customer access to health and wellness products. The assistant supports the vitamin and body care departments’ operations and profitability through customer service, inventory, merchandising, sales support, and staff coordination. The role helps maintain well-stocked, organized departments and informed customer service.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• assist with ordering and inventory
• support margin, sales, and department profitability
• merchandise and maintain shelves and displays
• assist with tagging, stocking, rotation, cleaning, and markdowns
• help train and monitor department personnel
• conduct demonstrations
• support store opening and closing, cashiering, and customer returns
• answer product questions within company standards
• use SAP and inventory software.
