What you'll do

• Support managers and employees with policies, attendance, performance documentation, and general HR matters
• assist with employee relations issues and investigations
• support onboarding, promotions, transfers, status changes, and terminations
• maintain employee records and HRIS data
• prepare reports and compliance documentation
• support Paylocity payroll administration, audits, reconciliations, reporting, and employee questions
• cross-train and provide payroll-processing backup
• support benefits administration, open enrollment, renewals, and vendor coordination
• assist with employment-law compliance and HR audits
• maintain confidentiality.
