What you'll do

• Lead strategic proposals, SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, and presentations
• own strategy and execution for complex pursuits
• partner with practice leaders, project managers, and business development teams on win themes and messaging
• facilitate pursuit meetings and reviews
• support capture planning, technical narratives, interview preparation, and sector marketing initiatives
• mentor associates and maintain proposal resources.
