What you'll do

• Manage HVAC/mechanical projects from preconstruction through closeout
• oversee project financial performance, schedules, labor, and material budgets
• coordinate design reviews, submittals, procurement, permits, and document control
• manage change orders, billings, and forecasting
• partner with field teams, engineering, vendors, and subcontractors
• develop customer relationships and pursue new project opportunities
• mentor team members and support recruiting and team development.
