The First Team Subaru Express Technician works onsite in Suffolk, VA. Compensation is $15 per hour. The role supports First Team Automotive’s vehicle service operation and customer ownership experience. The technician performs routine maintenance and inspections, documents completed services, and assists service technicians with repairs while developing diagnostic and repair skills. Paid training and certification assistance support progression toward a Certified Service Technician role.

What you'll do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, fluid services, and multi-point inspections
• identify maintenance and repair needs
• document services using manufacturer software and dealership technology
• maintain clean and safe tools, equipment, and work areas
• participate in manufacturer training and ASE certification programs
• assist service technicians with repairs
• follow safety procedures and manufacturer standards
• provide professional customer service.
