What you'll do

• Coordinate subcontractors and answer their questions
• collect customer payments and report subcontractor payment needs to the office
• order materials and track delivery
• organize and supervise crews at job sites
• discuss scope, material selections, issues, and changes with owners
• communicate with customers
• conduct pre-completion walkthroughs with customers and lead contractors
• manage multiple projects.
