What you'll do

• Lead strategies for solving synthetic process-development problems using catalytic methods
• identify and design catalysts for API process development
• apply CMC expertise to business development activities
• use AI/ML and high-throughput experimentation to accelerate reaction screening and optimization
• lead or participate in process development and characterization teams
• lead and mentor scientists in a matrixed setting
• author and review technical reports, regulatory documents, patents, and publications
• present findings
• follow GxP, conduct, safety, and materials-handling standards.
